Honor is rolling out a new software update for the Honor 90 smartphone. The new update brings lots of new features and improvements for the device. The update has been spotted in some Middle Eastern countries, including Turkey.

What’s new in the August update for Honor 90?
Honor 90 users can recognize the August update with software version 8.0.0.193 (C94E7R2P1). The update comes with a download size of 722 MB. It includes August security patches that address several vulnerabilities. Users can also experience better system stability after the August update.

However, if you have not received the new update notification, you can check the latest update by navigating to Settings > System > Software Update. If the update is not available on your device, you should wait some time because these updates roll out in batches, so it may take time to roll out for all users.
Moreover, the Honor 90 was announced last year with MagicOS 7.1 based on Android 13. The developer has already received its first major update, Android 14. This August update is also rolling on Android 14 running Honor 90.
