Mahindra XUV 3XO Exterior Design

The XUV 3XO is quite different from the XUV 300 in terms of design. Though it has the same shape, it brings a new design with several modern elements such as connecting tail lights, LED daytime running lamps (DRL), LED headline, revised front bumper and headlamp assembly. The overall design looks inspired by the BE Gamely of Mahindra’s EV card. At the rear, a redesigned tailgate with a full-width LED light bar and sleeker, C-shaped tail lamps add to the modern aesthetic of the vehicle. The registration plate is now mounted on the rear bumper, contributing to a cleaner and more streamlined look. Also, new dark chrome-finished alloy wheels add a touch of sophistication to the high-spec trims.

Mahindra XUV 3XO Features

Mahindra is taking on some well-established offerings from Tata, Hyundai and Maruti Suzuki and that is why it has left no stone unturned. For instance, the XUV 3XO comes loaded with a lot of features and some of them are segment firsts and some are even the best in the segment.

For instance, it gets the largest sunroof in the segment and dual-zone climate control is something that no other car in the segment offers. The car also gets Adrenox-connected car technology that includes around 80 connected features.

Leatherette seats with ventilation in the front seats, electronic parking brake with auto hold function are some of the other options that come on this SUV. Safety has always been Mahindra’s top priority and the XUV 3XO does not disappoint. It gets six airbags, rear disc brakes and Electronic Stability Program (ESP). Given that the XUV 300 scored 5 stars in GNCAP, we expect the XUV 3XO to score well as well.

The bar is raised even further with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) in the higher-spec variants, including Level 2 ADAS tech borrowed from the XUV700. This segment-first offering includes features such as electronic parking brake with auto-hold, hill-start and hill descent assist, 360-degree camera, and blind spot monitor.
