What’s new in the changelog of Phone 2a Plus’s first update?
The update brings several system-related bug fixes and camera improvements. Users were facing system crash issues in some scenarios that were fixed with this OTA update. Below, you can check out all the fixes and improvements:
- Improved the speed of cold starting the camera app.
- Fixed an issue causing the hotspot access point to default to 2.4G but show as 5G.
- Resolved various system crashes.
- Fixed an issue causing some cloned apps to not respond to auto-rotate.
- Other bug fixes and general improvements.
Users have to download approximately 763 MB to install this update. According to the changelog, the new update fixed a hotspot access point issue where it showed 5G even though it was 2.4G. The latest update is rolling out on Nothing OS 2.6.
How to check the update manually
- Navigating to the settings menu.
- Then selecting the “System Update” option.
- Now download and install if an update is available for your device.
Moreover, the Nothing Phone 2a Plus comes with decent specifications in the segment. It comes in almost the same design as the Nothing Phone 2a.
