European and global units are getting this update with version number CPH2581_14.0.0.830 (EX01). In the changelog, the company has mentioned only the July security patch for the OnePlus 12.

The July update for the OnePlus 11 can be identified with its new OxygenOS build versions CPH2447_14.0.0.830 (EX01) and CPH2451_14.0.0.830 (EX01) for India and North America units. The July update for the OnePlus 11 does not come with any new features, but it includes July Android security patches.
