OnePlus 12 Indian users who want to test the latest OxygenOS 15 based on Android 15 features can participate in this test. But before enrolling in the closed beta testing, you should know about the risks too. These early betas come with many bugs that may affect your data. So you can install the OxygenOS 15 Closed Beta at your own risk.
How to join the OxygenOS 15 closed beta program for OnePlus 12
Please join the OxygenOS CBT official Telegram group to receive the agreement and more details. OnePlus official staff will provide a guide for the group.
You have to apply for the OxygenOS 15 CBT 1 soon, as it is only available to the first 200 users. The beta program is live from today, August 23, to August 25. It is also notable that the beta program is only available for the OnePlus 12 (IN version).
To participate in the Closed Beta Program, OnePlus 12 users need to go to Settings > About Device > Tap Up to Date > Tap the icon on the top right > Beta Program > Follow the steps to apply.
Before applying, your OnePlus 12 should be running on the detectable version of OxygenOS, version CPH2573_14.0.0.840 (EX01) or CPH2573_14.0.0.830 (EX01).

Here’s what you need to qualify:
- You’re using the OnePlus 12 India variant.
- You’re an active member of the OnePlus Community.
- You’re ready to communicate regularly and report issues/suggestions via the Feedback App.
- You’re willing to join our CBT Telegram group for ongoing, friendly interaction with the OnePlus team and other users.
- For confidentiality, participants must sign the OxygenOS CBT Confidential Agreement after passing the review. Please join the OxygenOS CBT official Telegram group to receive the Agreement and more details: LINK . Our official staff will provide a guide in the group.
Please note:
Participants in the Closed Beta Testing (CBT) must adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines to prevent information leaks:
- Do not share any details of the application/software interface, icons, wallpapers, functions, fonts, version numbers, update instructions, system interfaces, code, text messages, or official communication group information (including group numbers, chat records, and announcements) on any third-party platforms or authorize others to view or use this information.
- Do not install benchmarking software for testing or share it on social media channels, groups or Community.
- Do not share system upgrade packages or any part of the CBT software with others.
- Do not capture or record information and interfaces related to the CBT version using other devices.
The CBT version is a work-in-progress build and may be unstable. By participating, you acknowledge the risks associated with this and should maintain regular backups of your data. If you experience issues such as application crashes or unresponsiveness, ensure that your applications are updated to the latest version, as these problems may stem from compatibility issues.
Application Guide
We’ve streamlined the OBT recruitment process for your convenience. Please follow these steps to apply:
- Application Period: August 23rd to August 25th. Applications will not be accepted after this period.
- Quota: 200 users.
Ensure Your Device is Updated to either of these version(s):
- CPH2573_14.0.0.840(EX01)
- CPH2573_14.0.0.830(EX01)
To check your version:
- Go to Settings > About device.
- Tap Up to date.
- Tap the icon in the top right corner.
- Select Beta program and follow the steps to apply.
Version Receipt:
- Join the OxygenOS Official Telgram Group to receive the Agreement and additional details. You will receive the version after submitting your signed confidential agreement.
Download Instructions Post-Approval:
- Go to Settings > About device.
- Tap Download Now.

To report bugs, open the Google Dialer and enter *#800#. A menu will appear, enabling you to submit your bugs.
