In the light of unsuccessful examination fee refunds of a large number of candidates due to incorrect/incomplete bank details, Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has decided to provide the link to re-update the bank details as the last and final opportunity for refund. took.
Candidates whose refund has not yet been processed are advised to use this last opportunity to update their bank account details.
Some candidates had paid the examination fee through Internet Banking/Credit Card/UPI/Debit Card and opted for refund through the same transaction mode. Now, their Internet Banking/Credit Card/UPI/Debit Card may have been closed/changed due to which the account details could not be received by the Bank and the refund could not be made. Such candidates are also advised to update their bank details through the link.
An e-mail and SMS will be sent to all such candidates on the registered e-mail ID and mobile number. Whose refund has not been done yet. An OTP authentication will be required while filling the bank account details through the given link.
Candidates are requested to ensure that the bank account number and IFSC code entered is correct and are advised to check the bank account details and IFSC code carefully before submission. It should be noted that modification in bank details will not be possible after submission.
The link will be available on the official websites of RRBs from April 26, 2024, 10 am to May 5, 2024, 05 pm.
Refund (after deducting bank charges) will be admissible subject to verification of candidate’s details with RRB records.
