OnePlus has released Android 15 beta 1 update for OnePlus 12 and OnePlus Open. While the first Android 15 beta isn’t flawless, it does offer security improvements and some minor UI changes. The OnePlus 12 (Review) also received a new “Repair Mode” functionality with the update, which makes it easier to protect your privacy when sending your phone in for repair.
Usually, you will need to backup and erase all your data from your phone before sending it to the technician. After the repair process, you will have to reinstall it, which takes significant time and effort.
